TICO S Anti Vibration Features & Importance
TICO S is a high-performance anti vibration material made from a resilient blend of cork particles and neoprene/nitrile elastomers, delivering long-lasting, maintenance-free performance across a variety of conditions. Known worldwide for its durability, TICO S is engineered to withstand high dynamic and static loads without degrading, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor uses.
The flexibility of TICO S allows for efficient machinery placement, while installation is quick and disruption-free—especially when used with TICO adhesive, which eliminates the need for anchor bolts, avoids floor damage, and reduces long-term costs.
The Importance Of TICO S Washers & Collars
If the machine must be bolted to the floor and you are using Tico S, we highly recommend Tico S collars and washers to use in place of other washers and collars. This will avoid vibration being transmitted through the connection points and maximise efficiency and overall results of your Tico S.
Maintenance is not necessary as long as the following operating conditions are observed:
Temperatures range between -40°C and +100°C
Maximum static stress of 0.50 MN/m² (50,000 Kg/m²).
